The W-Cat was designed from the ground up for pet-owning households. It features a 360° air intake that captures airborne pet hair, dander, and odors from every direction. The 3-stage purification system — WiseHEPA™ composite filter + UV-C germicidal light + negative ionizer — tackles everything from floating fur to litter box smells. Its proprietary WiseHEPA™ filter captures particles down to 0.1 microns (3× finer than standard 0.3μm HEPA) with 99.97% efficiency. Plus, it has pet-safe features you won't find on standard purifiers: a rear-mounted touch panel (prevents accidental cat activation), anti-bite power cord, ergonomic cat seat on top (scratch-resistant and urine-resistant), UV safety interlock, child/pet lock (3-second hold), power-loss memory, and a 7.5mm anti-paw grille to keep curious kitties safe.

The W-Cat effectively purifies air in rooms up to 1,644 square feet, making it suitable for large living rooms, open-plan spaces, and even whole apartments. Yes! The W-Cat features a dual sensor system — both a PM2.5 laser sensor and a TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compound) sensor that detects formaldehyde, benzene, and other volatile organic compounds. These work together to monitor your air quality in real time. The 360° LED ring provides an at-a-glance indicator — blue (good), orange (moderate), red (poor) — refreshing every 5 seconds. You can also see detailed readings through the WISESKY App on your phone, including temperature and humidity monitoring.

The W-Cat has four fan speeds. On Sleep mode, it runs at just 23dB (700 RPM) — quieter than a whisper, so it won't disturb your sleep or your cat's nap. Low mode runs at 1,100 RPM, Medium at 1,530 RPM, and High reaches 1,950 RPM at 53dB (similar to a quiet conversation). The noise range of 23dB–53dB means you can always find the right balance between purification power and quiet comfort. Most people run it on Sleep or Low for everyday use and switch to High after vacuuming or when air quality dips.

The built-in 3W UV-C light (254nm) helps neutralize airborne bacteria and germs as air passes through the purifier. For safety, it automatically turns off after 2 hours (120-minute auto-shutoff). To activate it, press and hold the UV button for 3 seconds. The UV-C light operates inside the unit with a safety interlock — it's not visible or accessible from the outside, so it's completely safe around your pets and children.

The W-Cat includes a built-in negative ionizer that releases ≥5 million ions/cm³ into the air. Negative ions help neutralize airborne pollutants, allergens, and static electricity, creating a fresher, cleaner environment. Combined with the WiseHEPA™ filter and UV-C light, this forms the W-Cat's powerful 3-stage purification system.

Absolutely! The W-Cat has a flat, stable top plate — an ergonomic cat seat that your cat can comfortably rest on. It's designed with scratch-resistant and urine-resistant materials, so it holds up to daily use by your feline friends. Many cats are drawn to the gentle warmth and airflow. It supports their weight without affecting the purifier's performance — think of it as a built-in cat perch that's built to last.

Yes! The W-Cat connects to your home WiFi and is controlled through the WISESKY App. You can adjust fan speed, turn UV-C and ionizer on or off, monitor real-time air quality (PM2.5, TVOC, temperature & humidity), check your filter life, and even receive OTA firmware updates — all from your phone. For everyday use, Sleep or Low mode works great and keeps things whisper-quiet (as low as 23dB). Use Medium or High when air quality drops — for example, after cooking, vacuuming, or cleaning the litter box. The WISESKY App also shows real-time air quality readings from both the PM2.5 and TVOC sensors, so you can adjust as needed.

Safety was a top priority in the design. The W-Cat features a rear-mounted touch panel (so cats can't accidentally activate controls), anti-bite power cord, a 7.5mm anti-paw grille that prevents small paws or fingers from reaching internal parts, UV safety interlock, child/pet lock (hold for 3 seconds), power-loss memory, and an automatic tip-over shutoff. It's certified by FCC, CARB, EPA, and Energy Star.

There are two filters to keep track of:
• Pre-filter (electrostatic cotton): Replace every 2–4 weeks. This catches the big stuff — pet hair and large dust particles — so your WiseHEPA™ filter lasts longer.
• WiseHEPA™ composite filter: Replace approximately every 6 months (around 3,000 hours of use). The smart 2-stage reminder alerts you — the filter indicator turns yellow at 2,800 hours as a heads-up, then red at 3,000 hours when it's time for a fresh filter.

No — the pre-filter (electrostatic cotton) is disposable and should not be washed. Washing will damage the electrostatic fibers and reduce its ability to capture particles. Simply replace it with a fresh one every 2–4 weeks.

Important: Always unplug the purifier before replacing any filter. To swap the filters, remove the outer cover, take out the old filter, insert the new one with the arrow pointing in the correct direction, and replace the cover. The WISESKY App tracks your filter usage automatically with a smart 2-stage reminder system. When the WiseHEPA™ composite filter reaches 2,800 hours, the filter indicator turns yellow as a heads-up. At 3,000 hours, it turns red — that means it's time for a fresh filter. For the pre-filter, we recommend checking it every 2 weeks and replacing it when it looks visibly dirty or clogged.
